she's almost 5 years old today. she lived as a virgin, she died as a virgin. she will always be remembered as the most jolly and friendly family member.
she's a super girl, yeah... she's not yet a woman... she can pick a fight with my other dog [a pit bull] and she always win the game.
she's PAU-PAU... she's not just a dog, she's my friend.
i lost a loved one today. and it's a very sad loss...
may she rest in peace.

2 days before Christmas, we went to the Casino. Me, my Sister, Mama, Papa and my VERY ENERGETIC LOLA.
My Lola is very lucky that evening. That is after hundreds of slot machine spins. She won.
That's good news for me. [may pa-krismas si Lola sa Pasko. hehehe.]
I decided to name this post ang pangarap kong TREASURE kasi may Lola hit the DOUBLE TREASURE. instead of the 1990's drama "PANGARAP KONG JACKPOT"
i didn't really enjoy much of this year's BEER festival. i got sick again. sore throat and flu is a really bad combination. to make things worse, i can't go on partying 'coz those freezing cold booze will make my throat swollen up to the point of me having an agonizing time breathing and will also disable my braces-covered-teeth from chewing those crunchy hot sisig. too bad. so, i just stayed at home and watch teevee featuring octoBEERfest all over the world. i envy you BEER drinkers! KAMPAI!
but hey, am okay now. good thing my friends invited me to go on a week-long vacation. somewhere i haven't been to. ILOILO! yoohoo!
so gotta pack all mah things and i'm gonna get my palate ready for an ILOILO food fest of Chicken Inasal, Lomi soup and La Paz Batchoy. i'm gonna make my own BEER festival there! hehehe.

last year i created a post dedicated to my quarter of a century anniversary. i wrote there some of the places that i wanna visit [Palawan, Bohol, Bicol, La Union, Pagudpod, Ilocos, Cebu, Davao] this year i've been to 2 of these places. i've recently been to Cebu and Davao [well i didn't stay long in Davao, it's just a stop-over. hehehe]
this year i'm planning to go to Iloilo, Guimaras, Bohol, and La Union. but first i need to find a good paying job.
a year older? yes. a year wiser? maybe.
it's 9:12pm and i'm the only one still awake in our house during this time. well my mom, sis, tita and lola went to the casino again and i was left here baby sitting my nephew. (he's sleeping now) i checked my balance. P24.61 so i decided to register to Globe's UNLITXT20. after i received the confirmation message i decided to SMS 21 of my friends with this:
"share a load naman. kahit P5 lang. salamat."
and in just 3 seconds i received messages from my friends (in order of SMS) P5 from my friend Jeff Capulong, P5 from Angelica Marie Gonzales, P10 from Francis Nico Gabay, P5 from Jasmin Magtibay, P10 from Kris Bondoc. out of 21 only 5 shared me a load.
i again checked my balance P39.61 (tumubo pa ako ng P15 from my previous balance of P24.61cents) i can now make a 1 minute international call, send a MMS, send 39 SMS to other networks and call using 232 without hearing the annoying voice prompt "your balance is below 20 pesos..."
thanks sa lahat. it will be treated as a post-birthday gift from you guys. at sa mga katulad ko rin na naka-UNLI at below P20 na ang load, try sending the above message. IT WORKS! (hehehe) at sa mga hindi ako pinasahan ng load, next time na lang. hahaha.
ooops, as of press time someone loaded me P30 bringing my balance to P69.61 konti na lang P100 na... si Tita Bong from Marawi City pala yung nag-send ng P30 na load.

and now 9:54pm someone loaded me P100 bringing my balance to P169.61. [siguro yung kapatid ko ang nag-load nito. si Gio Yu pala ang nag-send nito and not my bro.]
9:55pm my former client and a friend Nikki Salubayba loaded me P20. balance is now P189.61 [from P4.61]
just when i thought that the share-a-load campaign is over, 11:43pm i again received P20 from Aman "Blue" Madrigal.
my current balance as of 11:44pm is P207.61.
out of the 21 persons i sent "the" pa-awa text, 9 replied and shared me some of their load in denominations of 5, 10, 20, 30 and 100 load. a thousand snaps for ya'll. :)
i really didn't expect that it will end up like this. ang expected ko lang ay maka-30 pesos lang ako. but i ended up having more than what i expected. o baka naman talagang marami ang nagmamahal saken? or baka naman marami rin ang nage-expect na maka tanggap ng "Inday Series" na message?
yep. am still here in Cebu, sa may Dapdap Rd. sa So-ong, Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City. more than 1 week na ako dito. i arrived here last August 26 pa. i will be leaving Cebu sa Sept. 12. this was my first time to witness the annual Haladaya Festival sa Daanbantayan. 4th year na nila ito sine-celebrate. Haladaya means Halad (offering) and Daya (Datu Daya) who was believed to be the head Datu who fought against the Moro rebels who tried to invade Daanbantayan (or Kandaya). my cousin's entry won the Haladaya Competition.

my trip to Cebu was moved to August 26 instead of 25. at siyempre maaga na naman ito. hahaha. ako? maaga? sa aming tropa ako na yata palagi ang late. i can still remember noong college days na hindi ako nakasama sa batch pictorial dahil na-late ako. dumating ako tapos na yung pictorial. pero sometimes being late has its benefits. the last time i travelled i was not late pero dapat di ba 3 hours before daw eh nasa terminal ka na. eh sus! ako pa naman yung taong mainipin kaya nagpunta ako sa terminal mga 1 hour before departure. kaya ayun sa may First Class tuloy ako napunta. hehehe. eto pa, nung 30,000 feet off the ground na kami siyempre nagse-serve na ng drinks. the stewardess asked me if softdrinks, orange juice or hot choco daw, sabi ko naman HOT CHOCO [kasi naman early morning ang flight ko, sino ba naman ang mag so-softdrinks?!] tapos noong inabot na niya yung HOT CHOCO she said: "that will be P50 sir." WDF?! may bayad pala ang lintik na HOT CHOCO na sing laki lang ng shot glass ko sa bahay! putakte mas mahal pa yata yung ibinayad ko sa styropor cup at take note ako pa yung nagtimpla ng HOT CHOCO na yun! kaya pala yung mga katabi ko hindi humingi ng kahit ano. [kasi naman nakasaksak yung mp3 ko noong mga time na dumadaan ang mga stewardess na iyon.]
bottomline? ayun, napilitan ako magbayad ng P50. sama pa ng loob ko. tsaka next time dapat hindi na nakasuksok sa tenga ang mp3 player.
